The year is 2076. Trail-blazing scientists, entrepreneurs, and laborers have overcome impossible odds to colonize Mars. Water discovered beneath the surface will soon flow throughout the colony as the planet’s first reservoir nears completion. Now that the hard work is done, Earth government is eager to cash in on their success.

When the local reservoir foreman falls in love with a brilliant botanist from Earth, the two of them find themselves at the center of a political storm over who should control the planet.
